Djokovic Takes Commanding Lead Over Zverev

Novak Djokovic is one set away from reaching the Roland Garros semi-finals after taking a commanding two-set lead over German Alexander Zverev.

The World No. 1 looked in danger late in the first set when he was broken at 4-all. But he imediately broke back and went on a six-game winning streak to lead by a set and 3-0. Despite a mini scare at 4-2, 0/30, Djokovic maintained his focus to close out the set for a 7-5, 6-2 lead when, as he did in the first set, Zverev double faulted on set point.

Djokovic is looking to become just the second man (Rod Laver) in history to hold all four majors at the same time on two occasions.
