Pella/Schwartzman Beat Rojer/Tecau To Reach Roland Garros Semi-finals

Argentines Guido Pella and Diego Schwartzman proved to be too strong on serve for Jean-Julien Rojer and Horia Tecau, beating the No. 10 seeds 6-4, 6-4 in 82 minutes on Monday for a place in the Roland Garros semi-finals.

Pella and Schwartzman won five straight games from 3-4 in the first set to 2-0 in the second set against the 2015 semi-finalists. They will now challenge Serbians Dusan Lajovic and Janko Tipsarevic or Germans Kevin Krawietz and Andreas Mies.

Colombians Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah are one win away from reaching their second Grand Slam championship title match (2018 Australian Open).
